As Spring arrives, Earth Day is not far behind.  Designing and making jewelry that uses recycled elements really got it's start from being inspired by the objects we find in our lives.  We take pride in transforming recycled items to a new beauty. The reason we create jewelry using alternative materials is to spark imaginations, indulge in a little silliness and just to see a few smiles.

In a way, each piece we create can be a statement for recycling.  So wear a piece of ours for Earth Day, April 21.  More can be found on our website or a current list of stores

Current Catalog - As we keep trying to make time to redesign and update our website, we never seem to get there!  We have placed a PDF of our current catalog at www.BeamerArts.com/Catalog.pdf  (it is about 7 MB so it may take a little time depending on your connection speed).  It is an easy way to get a quick look of our work right on your computer.

We are always available on by email or by phone toll free 1-888-386-2785 to answer any questions you may have about what we make.

Featured Bottle Cap - I have approached small breweries of beer and soda around the country to help them recycle their pre-consumer waste. Many of the bottle caps go unused because they fall on the floor, lucky me!

New Belgium - Creators of Fat Tire Ale have been the leaders of sustainability in the brewing industry.  From their packaging to being the first wind powered brewery they are constantly looking for the "Better Way".  We are proud to use their caps!  To order on our website simply use one of our many "create your own" boxes.

Find these fun bottle caps and many more bottle caps on our Caps! page

Featured Artist - Kyle Osvog - Influenced by the mathematical art of M. C. Escher, the design science of R. Buckminster Fuller, Asian and Scandinavian design.  Kyle has two distinct line of work.  His vases display a flower well beyond anything we have ever seen and are sculptures on their own.  His sculptures are intriguing geometrical forms that push the limits of clay.

"I  pursue this path in clay to explore the  possibilities and limitations of the medium. I  create the sculptures to explore and exploit  geometry. The result is often an interplay of  geometric relationships not immediately apparent. The elements I design in two dimensions are only  truly complete when observed on the three  dimensional form."

Find Kyle and many more artists on our Art Links page

An Inconvenient Truth raised the conciseness of our role on the environment.  We have always made steps to lower our impact from recycling to riding our bikes.  The Climate Crisis website has a great list of things you can do that will not only reduce your impact but save you money!  Find out more at www.climatecrisis.net/takeaction/whatyoucando

Take a moment this Earth Day to make the commitment to change one thing you do this year.  You'll feel good about it!
